• Account data: email, nickname, contact details you provide voluntarily
• Store authorization: shop identifiers and order data from marketplace platform OAuth (e.g. Shopee, TikTok Shop, for sync and labels)
• TikTok creator authorization (optional): if you connect a TikTok account for Marketing Videos, we receive OAuth access and refresh tokens, your TikTok open identifier, username, and profile information needed to publish videos you approve
• Marketing video content: listing snapshots, uploaded images, prompts, generated video files, and publish metadata (caption, visibility) that you provide or confirm
• Device & usage: app version, language, print usage logs, download page analytics
• Support: content you submit via email or the contact form

3. How We Use Information

• Provide accounts, store linking, order sync, and label printing
• Generate marketing videos and, when you request it, publish them to your connected TikTok account using the settings you confirm
• Manage print credits, vouchers, and membership status
• Send service-related emails such as new-order notifications
• Improve the product, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only when:

• Required to call authorized platform APIs (e.g. Shopee, TikTok) at your direction
• Required by law or to protect users and public safety
• You have given consent

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no internet transmission is fully secure. We retain data as long as needed to provide the service, unless law requires otherwise.
